Friendship Network of the Lithuanian Red Cross

With the aim to unite as many as possible organisations, private companies, individuals, supporting the aim of LiRC to help the most vulnerable people, Lithuanian Red Cross society established the Friendship Network in 2002. The President of Lithuanian Republic Valdas Adamkus kindly agree to become the Patron of this Friendship Network. The Network was founded on the joint initiative of German Red Cross Lower Saxony Land and Lithuanian Red Cross society.

At present moment the members of the Friendship Network of LiRC are:

- Swedish Red Cross society,
- Norwegian Red Cross society,
- Danish Red Cross society,
- Icelandic Red Cross society
- International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and IFRC Regional Delegation for Central Europe.
